Rarely Worn is a concept that was started 2 years ago when we decided that good clothing should not go to waste lying in people’s closets unworn. We set out to change this by sourcing unworn & ‘rarely worn’ clothing from people around Cape Town & allowed them to sell their unworn items through our sale.
We are very selective in the garments we choose – this is where you will find the best international fashion labels at the most affordable prices. We have a wide variety of sizes in women & men’s clothing, shoes & accesories.In our current age there is much focus on recycling, reusing & not wasting – once our sale is over we donate any unwanted, unsold clothing to a very worthy charity called Sisters Incorporated. Located in Kenilworth, this home that houses & rehabilitates abused women & children appreciates every item of clothing they receive as many women arrive there with nothing but the clothes on their back.
We also donate a percentage of our sales to their cause.We will be collaborating with some of the amazing artists in our building. Alex Hamilton Studio will be holding an art exhibition called ‘Collaborate/Participate/Celebrate’ & having his renowned margarita night on Friday evening the 16th from 5pm onwards.
