Diligo Spring Summer ’11 Fashion Show

Fashion for Diligo this season is all about being classic and stylish and every design is perfect for a glamorous event – whether it is drinking champagne on a yacht, or a fun night out on the town.

On arrival at The Bay Hotel in Camps Bay the vibe of the show suited the style of this collection perfectly, by being fabulous and over the top glam. Before we could feast our eyes on all the fashion, there was a talk about the beauty products from Dermalogica about how they can help us maintain perfect skin and which of their products were featured in our goodie bags!

Models did their thing on the runway and beautiful pieces such as body suits, maxi dresses, cocktail dresses and amazing oversized clutch bags in bold and bright colours were shown off for fashionistas to enjoy. Most of the fabrics were soft, flowy and feminine with frills or florals and colours differed from being bright and vibrant to more earthy tones in white and beige. I think the best thing about this collection is the fact that the garments do not just look amazing and trendy, but they are also super comfortable and flattering for most body types.

The designs are classic yet fashionable –  young and old can adjust these garments to suit their age group, with clutch bags standing out at the fashion show, completing almost every look!
